Frequently asked questions

What is a .hpr file? +

A .hpr file is a standardised report (StanForD 2010) generated by harvesters after a felling. It includes stem dimensions, GPS coordinates, and species per stem, among other data.

Does my data leave my computer? +

No — during analysis the file is parsed locally in your browser. No content is sent to our servers for the analysis itself. If you later choose to enable Storage and save the file with us, it is of course stored on our servers.

Do you support the Forestand format? +

We focus primarily on StanForD 2010 (.hpr). Forestand support is on the way — get in touch if you have a specific file you would like us to prioritise.

What does it cost? +

Analysis is free — a free account, no card required. If you want to save your files between sessions to compare year over year, or share with your contractor, Storage costs 50 SEK/month (5 GB) and is entirely optional.

Can I share with my contractor? +

Yes — you can share the analysis with your contractor or other collaborators. The recipient also needs a free account to view shared files.
