A harvester bucks every stem to a price matrix. If that matrix is a generic price list, the logs become what the price list rewards — not what the mill actually needs. BuckingControl lets real demand drive the buck, and shows what that is worth before a single stem is cut.

1. Model demand. Enter the assortments, dimensions and grades you need per species and species group.
2. Derive the buck. The platform derives a price matrix — a bucking instruction — from that demand.
3. Simulate and compare. Run the buck against real stem data and compare scenarios side by side: volume, assortments and value, stem by stem.
4. Track against plan. The dashboard shows value, volume and how closely the outcome meets demand.

The result is fewer wrong logs, less value left in the forest, and a kr/m³ figure you can defend.
